  • The Farrar & Florence Opera Co., known in 1882 as the Farrar & Florence's Boston Burlesque Opera Co., disbanded in Louisville, Kentucky, September 5, 1895; Anna Caldwell and Billy Harrison were engaged for the P. Harris Opera Co.; Mr. Farrar, Mr. De Garfield, and James A. Farmer went to Chicago, leaving the rest of the company personnel to fend for themselves[1]
