The Siege of Altihex was a major battle in the reconquest of the Cybertron Campaign between the Autobot and Decepticon Empires fought in the city of Altihex and the Plains of Uthal during the Great War. It resulted in a complete Autobot victory, with Firethrust's 500,000 soldiers beating back a massive Decepticon army of two million troops.

The Decepticon forces had occupied Altihex, which was previously an Autobot city before the Collapse. It was a primary source of resources; vast energon mines were nearby, and its population exceeded two million transformers. The arrival of a second Autobot army behind the Decepticon forces via a space bridge confused and routed the Decepticon warriors, and they fled, taking heavy casualties. A massive transport ship was sent to pick up the surviving Decepticon soldiers, but Starlighter missiles from several missile cruisers destroyed it, with enormous casualties among the Decepticon forces.

It resulted in a complete reversal of the Decepticon Altihex campaign and weakened their forces in the area. Receiving reinforcements from the Autobot Empire, Firethrust went on to capture several more cities, fresh from his victory. He defeated the Decepticon armies in several battles and brought an end to Decepticon rule in the region.
