Lead section
This article mainly talks about the concept of a tasting menu and its usage in the real world. This article is really short and only contains 4 parts, namely the concept of the tasting menu, "see also", references and further reading. In my opinion, this article is too old, the latest example happened in 2013, and its usage in the real world should be presented in more detail.
Content
In my opinion, the content is relevant to the topic, but it is not up-to-date, and it doesn’t mention the first person mentioned in this proposal.
Tone and balance
This article is not very neutral and it just post the advantages of the tasting menu.
In my mind, there are not any claims that appear heavily biased toward a particular position ,and there are no viewpoints overrepresented or underrepresented. If i have to say, I think this article is too short to talk this topic.
Source and References
There is no clear references of this article and it is not current sources, as i just mentioned, the latest data come from 2013.
