Proposal to renew the appearance and wording on user warning templates in order to make them more accessible for mobile editors and other users, and to retain consistency between mobile and desktop

[edit]- It is no longer simply "we look old" anymore. As Wikipedia, and consequently MediaWiki (the software which Wikipedia runs on) expands with more features and more users using different skins, the discrepancies in the current user warning format are becoming more clear than ever
