Erick Mullen is a Managing Director for Mercury, LLC, based in Washington, DC. Erick Mullen spent the '90s working on Capitol Hill for Leading Democrats in Congress such as Leon Panetta, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, Former Dean of the House of Representatives John D. Dingell and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, among others. Since 2000 his private practice has grown to include federal, state and local political campaigns and has represented General Wesley K. Clark and his political action committee, WesPAC Securing America's Future, since 2004. He was selected by the bipartisan and bicameral Congressional leadership to help produce the historic Joint Session of Congress at Ground Zero commemorating the first anniversary of the attacks of 9/11. A native of Morro Bay, CA, Mullen lives in the Shepherd Park neighborhood of Washington, DC with his wife Kelly Craighead. He holds a BS from George Mason University and serves on the Boards of The Lowell School and Plastic Free Restaurants, a non-profit whose mission is to eliminate plastic straws through customer behavior.
