EVula

I would like to have oversight capabilities because I'm trying to take over Wikipedia. My first, to become an administrator, was successful. My second, to become a bureaucrat, has failed twice. I like the oversight bit so that I can hide any evidence of those RfBs and use the resultant "but didn't he..."-type confusion to ride a third first attempted RfB to completion.
