This is an example of a Mediawiki bug. The above empty template is keyed to system time, so purging this page will update the template name. However, this does not update the list of transcluded templates appearing on the edit page. This failure of time dependant templates to update interferes with template monitoring in places like the Main Page, where templates roll over each day.
