Timothy Good is one of leading researchers of ufology in Great Britain. He has associated with fellow ufologists Nick Redfern, Nick Pope, Andy J. Roberts, Jenny Randles and Georgina Bruni. He has also been known as a professional violin player.

Timothy Good was born in London and was educated in The King's School, Canterbury, before receiving a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music, where he studied to play the violin.

Timothy Good's carreer as a professional violin player started in 1963 when he gained a place in the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. He played 14 years in the London Symphony Orchestra, and then began playing independantly in a series of other notable orchestras, particularly with the English Chamber Orchestra, the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philharmonia Orchestra.

Carreer as a Ufologist[edit]

Timothy Good was interested in ufology in 1955, when his passion for aviation and space lead him to read a book by Myor Donald Keyhoe, in which UFO sightings were described from accounts of military and civilian pilots. In 1961, He began to do his own investigations into the phenomenon after reading a book by Captain Edward J. Ruppelt, an intelligence official in the United States Air Force. Since then he has accumulated a good quantity of evidence, including declassified intelligence documents.
