To help put together a page on fiction category guidelines, we need to look up past consensus in CfD and fiction-focused WikiProject pages.

• The name for a category of fictional items should be consistent with the equivalent category of nonfictional items in order to follow the logic behind the nonfiction category's name. For example, Category:Fictional cities and towns in Mexico is preferrred over Category:Fictional Mexican town and cities for consistency with Category:Cities and towns in Mexico. [1].
• The word comics is preferred over the less inclusive term comic books in category titles unless a category can only refer to comic books. After all, a comic book artist can also be a graphic novel artist, a webcomic artist, a storyboard artist, and more.
