Dr. Vickram Sahai is a licensed TIFF provider and an internationally accredited life coach, he has over 25 years of experience in helping individuals and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals.

For his workshops on personal development, he uses a holistic approach that combines functional fluency, and/or strategic management to provide customized solutions that suit the needs and preferences of my clients. He grooms professionals and students to elevate their executive presence. He has worked with clients from various sectors, such as higher education, aviation, oil and gas, engineering, etc.

As a Higher Education Industry Professional for the last 25 years, He has displayed proven leadership in academic, administrative, and research initiatives, held leadership positions at the Himalayan School of Management Studies (Principal/ Dean), part of Swami Rama Himalayan University, UPES (Centre Head and Director - Students Affairs), ICFAI (Academic Coordinator), and Rai Foundation (Academic Coordinator). At UPES, in addition to being the head of the department for professional communication, he also led the soft skills initiatives for the University for nearly a decade.

He actively teaches as a Professor of Strategic Management and Business Communication to both UG and PG students of Management.

He has published several papers in reputed journals on service quality, customer experience, interpersonal communication, and coaching. He holds a PhD in aviation management, focusing on functional fluency (which has its roots in Transactional Analysis) and retail airport service quality, and an MPhil in journalism and mass communication. He has an MBA in marketing and human resources, a PGD in public relations, and an MA in mass communication.
