[edit]

Sarah Bundy[1] was born in Vancouver, Canada and demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. At nine years old she began leading groups and teaching English as an assistant to her father who was an English professor at Langara College. She pursued her education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where she acquired advanced skills in digital marketing and business strategy. Throughout her career Bundy continued her learning and education through online certifications and courses such as a Certification in Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business (2011) and her completion with Honors in The Science of Success from the University of Michigan (2020). Her academic achievements laid a strong foundation for her future career in the marketing industry and as an entrepreneur.

Career

[edit]

Early Career

Before establishing herself as a leader in affiliate marketing[9], Sarah Bundy gained experience in various roles within the sales and marketing sector[10][11]. She worked as a travel agent at Flight Centre in addition to being one of the first employees of Canadian e-commerce giant, Clearly. There, she was taken under the wing of founder & CEO, Roger Hardy, and learned how to build an innovative fast growth company with a strong culture and high performance team. Through her experience leading sales teams at Clearly, Bundy was offered an opportunity to lead Clearly's online sales team, allowing her early and first access to the world of affiliate marketing[12]. There, Bundy honed her skills in digital strategy and performance marketing[5], which would later inform her entrepreneurial endeavors.

Founding of All Inclusive Marketing

In 2009, at the age of 27 and while six months pregnant with their first child, Sarah Bundy founded All Inclusive Marketing (AIM)[3] with her husband, Iain Bundy[13]. They established AIM with the goal of offering a comprehensive marketing approach that integrated performance marketing with strategic partnerships. The agency aimed to address a gap in the market by delivering measurable results while fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment. Despite early challenges in building brand presence in a competitive landscape and limited resources as a self-funded startup, Sarah Bundy’s personal brand and expertise, commitment to excellence, and emphasis on a strong company culture grounded in ethics and collaboration helped AIM navigate these obstacles.[14][15]

Success and Growth

Under Bundy’s leadership, AIM quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to affiliate marketing, winning multiple innovation, growth and excellence awards between 2014-2024[16][17]. These awards ranged from Innovative Campaigns in affiliate marketing for travel & hospitality brands such as Extended Stay America, to best-in-class strategies for large B2B brands such as Netsuite by Oracle [18]. In 2018, AIM was recognized for setting the standard of excellence in affiliate program[19] management and their team flew to London, England to accept this coveted Global Excellence Award[20]. The agency offers a range of services, including affiliate marketing, digital strategy, and performance marketing. AIM's reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative results contributed to its growth and established it as a leader in the affiliate marketing space[12][21]. Sarah has received numerous accolades, including being named one of the Top 40 Digital Marketing Strategists, a Top 40 under 40[7] by Business in Vancouver, and ranking #55 in Canada's Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs by Canadian Business Magazine.

Acquisition and Exit

In October 2020, AIM was acquired by Vision[22] 7 International[23], which later became part of a larger global network of agencies owned and operated by Plus Company. Sarah and Iain Bundy stayed to help transition AIM into the larger global network, and Iain Bundy excited entirely by December 2023. Sarah Bundy continues to stay on as the founder & CEO of AIM in an advisory and leadership role within the global organization[24].
