Dilshan D. Peiris is a Degree holder and has also obtained other education qualifications from top institutes in Sri Lanka. Upon completion of his A/L at Central College of Piliyandala, He was a student at Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka, Institute of Human Resource Advancement in Colombo University, British Counsil Sri Lanka, The Wendy Whatmore Academy
After completing his education, he began working in executive category positions, and has been part-time at Dark Green Scotch Bonnet Plantation since 2017. In 2019, he resigned from his job and started working on the Scotch Bonnets export process. The plantation which he started in 2017 is now developing into a Scotch bonnet plant nursery, seed production, manufacturing agricultural services & productions, and exporting.
Furthermore, he has established himself in a different industry as the owner of his other business currently. Those are Event management, Indoor musical shows, Organizing entertainment events, and Beauty and Culture services. By the end of 2024, he had already made plans to expand his business into a few new industries.
