Home Home Helpers is a global network of franchises specializing in non-medical and personal care services for seniors, new mothers, those recovering from illness or injury and individuals facing lifelong challenges. These services include companionship, homemaking, personal care, respite care and ancillary medical. Services are provided by caregivers in homes, retirement communities, nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers "wherever the client resides" from one hour a day to 24/7 care, depending on need. As of December 2010 Home Helpers had a presence in more than 500 communities across North America. Home Helpers is the brand name used in the United States. Outside the United States, the company’s franchises operate under the Caring Hearts brand.

Cincinnati-based Home Helpers was founded in 1997. It has been cited for its business success by Entrepreneur Magazine [1] and Kiplinger[2]. Home Helpers is affiliated with Direct Link®, a national provider of medical alert units, including a 24-hour personal emergency response system (PERS) and an automated medication dispenser.
