Dayamerah Comagul Sedic: A Profile of Dedication and Achievement
Dayamerah Comagul Sedic, better known as Diane, was born on December 7, 1983, in Yaran, Pualas, Lanao del Sur. She is the daughter of the late Datu Acopado B. Sedic and Simpanoray C. Sedic, Al-Hadja, a retired Master Teacher I. She is the seventh child in the family.
Dayamerah completed her elementary education at Yaran Elementary School and continued her studies in high school at the University Training Center. She pursued her college education at Marawi Capitol College and graduated from Bubong Marzok Memorial College Foundation. During her studies, she was crowned and recognized as Bb. Lakambini 2002 and she earned some units in Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling at Bukidnon State University from 2017 to 2018.
She married Shartana G. Benasing on September 8, 2007. He is the son of Saina G. Benasing, Al-Hadja, a retired Teacher III known as Potre Maamor sa Picong, and Macatampo S. Benasing, Al-Hadj, known as Datu sa Danugan.
Dayamerah passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers on September 30, 2012, and became a teacher at Yaran Elementary School in June 2016. Due to her dedication and hard work, she was honored as a Distinguished Teacher of the South Pualas District (Elementary Level) in 2022. She has also been a coach for various talents in the school and served in different roles, including School Disbursing Officer,School ICT Coordinator, School CPP Coordinator, School DRRM Coordinator, and School WINS Coordinator. Currently, she serves as a Grade Six Adviser, continuously contributing to the development of her students and her community.
