I am a student at the College of DuPage and I am on my way to earning my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering while specializing in mechatronics. When it comes to hobbies, I love music as much as I love engineering, so if you ever see me, I'll most likely be playing guitar. I enjoy watching football, hockey, soccer, bad horror movies and fun action movies. And I have fun playing soccer on my free time as well. I also earned my Eagle Scout award in August of 2014 and continued in scouts until I aged out with 8 Eagle Palms.

Time at the College of DuPage

[edit]

While pursuing my degree in mechanical engineering, I've had to take classes outside of the engineering path that include Sociology 1100, Psychology 1100, English Composition 1, English Composition 2, Music Appreciation, and Geography 1100.

English Composition 2

[edit]

As part if the English Composition 2, I will have to write a Wikipedia page of my choice as a final paper instead of writing a research paper. In doing so, I've had to come to Wikipedia and learn the ins and outs of the site as to correctly cite my research and provide an article that will contain as much information as possible.

Interest

[edit]

I like watch tons of movies, play sports, and listened to all sorts of music (and occasionally playing it on guitar or bass).

Some of my favorite movies include Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Princess Bride, Evil Dead II, The Incredibles, and Animal House. Animal House contains one of my all time favorite movie quotes, "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!"[1]

Between the Buried and Me at The Turner Hall Ballroom on February 21st, 2019. Vocalist Thomas Giles in center and guitarist Paul Waggoner on the left.

My favorite bands include Between the Buried and Me, Tool, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, and the Who.
