Neeraj is a motivational speaker, Spiritual teacher, polyglot & Candid photographer who has spent more than a decade studying and teaching on languages , philosophical and spiritual subject that reflect the dynamism in learning and human spiritual values, for him teaching is learning again and again.

Neeraj was born in very small village , Uttar Pradesh, in north central India. Neeraj describes his childhood as strange mix of happiness and unhappiness , particularly his early childhood in different cities of india . His parents fought frequently , and he felt alienated from a hostile school environment .

He was a gifted though rebellious school student, and acquired a reputation as a formidable debater. neeraj became an anti-theist, was interested in the epistemology , hypnosis and was briefly associated with socialism. But the real turning point came when at the age of thirteen he read Patanjali yoga sutra first time . neeraj, has said he responded "very deeply" to those sutras .

Through extensive travelling and deep exposures from various literary thoughts and concepts , made him realize one does not need concepts and belief systems but the in-depth understating about one self , to promote and propagate this very simple but very expounding thought  ; he has started a social movement the DElotus flower innate human potential to create new kind of knowledge not essentially coming from outside world but from inner world through various meditative , yogic and expressive techniques .
