Hi, I'm Jawwad Durrani and I'm from Karachi, Pakistan. I've been reading wikipedia's contents since 2007. My primary activity is to edit existing articles. My main goal on Wikipedia is to make it as clean and concise as possible. I've created a few pages and several templates on English Wikipedia. If you have a general comment, question, request or whatever, leave it here.

What I do here

My current primary focus on Wikipedia is to create templates (more concisely Currency Templates), for the sake of currency conversion. Therefore, I have created PKRConvert, which brings an ease to convert Pakistani rupee to other currencies. My work is not limited to only templates but my another main focus is to create new pages also. There is a big scope of making new pages related to Media of Pakistan, so I can feel that I'm going to make a lot of new pages in future. I'm also involve in adding pages about Pakistani celebrities such as vocalists, musicians, drama artists, film artists so that the general public and their fans wouldn't have to browse among the internet to find the related info.

What I do elsewhere

I have a wide variety of interests—including video games, music, movies, and books. I'm currently affiliated with ACCA and have a vast experience in Accountancy field. My work off wiki is nowhere near as diverse and varied as what I do here. I have loved being exposed to so many different subjects. My username comes from my own name in which Dee stand for the first letter D of Durrani and the rest is my first name, but the name is significant to me on a number of metaphoric levels.

Barnstars

Barnstars are a way of saying "Good work" to another editor. Appreciation can also be conveyed more informally (but just as meaningfully!) with a note. A lot of solitary hours go into building the project, and community support = a good thing. I appreciate those people who've taken the time to offer encouragement in any way.

Contributions

The following list contains articles that I've started, or to which I've made substantial contributions..
