  • 1913: 111 representatives elected from 50 districts. Representatives were elected at-large from three-member districts, with 12 districts electing 2 at-large representatives.

  • XX representatives elected from 39 districts. Representatives were elected at-large from three-member districts, with 12 districts electing 2 at-large representatives.
  • 1973-1975: 102 electected from 38 districts. Districts numbers 1-39, with no 13th districts. This apportoinment was ordered by the U.S. District Court, District of North Dakota, Southeastern District, which ruled the previous apportionment plan for the state unconstitutional. This court ordered apporprionment plant was in effect for the 1972 and 1974 elections.[9]

  • 98 representatives elected from 49 districts elected two representatives at-large. Districts 40 and 50 in Minot were combined into a single district and elected four members at large.
