Bellarmine Centro
[edit]Centro is going to be the newest building on Bellarmine's campus when it is completed in 2016[1]. It will be a three-story building connected to a completely renovated Horrigan Hall. There will be an atrium connecting the two buildings together.[2] Centro will have 15 new classrooms and more office space for Career Services, Registrar and Financial Aid.[3][4] A new Admissions Welcome Center will be added to Centro and relocated from Miles Hall.[5] The W. Fielding Rubel School of Business and the Institute for Advanced Analytics will also move into the building. Centro is named after the center of Italian towns and is supposed to resemble Tuscan architecture.[6] Centro will be 47,300 square feet and cost $25 million.[7]
