Elden Baker (born January 10th, 2002), also known by his online alias Elysaku, is an American Twitch streamer who is primarily known for speedrunning Minecraft.[1]

Elden gained popularity in 2020 and 2021 for streaming speedruns of Minecraft on Twitch. He is most well known for speedrunning the All Advancements category, a 100% completion of the game. He has acquired multiple world records for the All Advancements category, verified by speedrun.com.
Speedrunning
[edit]Elden began streaming speedruns of Minecraft in August 2020, initially running the Any% category. He began taking interest in the All Advancements category after another well-known Minecraft speedrunner, Illumina, broke the world record for the category. Elden acquired the world record for the category in November 2020, finishing with a time of 13 hours, 3 minutes and 3 seconds,[2] beating the previous world record held by Illumina by 1 hour and 42 minutes.[3] Elden went on to improve this time, with his current personal best time standing at 5 hours, 51 minutes and 38 seconds.[4] Elden also holds multiple world records for other versions of the All Advancements category. He currently holds the world record for the versions 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 and 1.17.
On August 1, 2021, YouTube channel The Weekly Thing uploaded a video on his speedrunning achievements, gaining more than 300k views as of August 29, 2021.[5]

[edit]Elden has an older brother, Darwin, also known as CTM_256. He also does speedrunning related activities.
Elden has lived in Texas, Arizona and Quebec. He currently resides in Michigan. He has a cat named Churro.
