Urby is a brand of residential apartment buildings. There are currently three Urby locations in the New York City metropolitan area, including Staten Island, Jersey City and Harrison, New Jersey. A fourth Urby location in Stamford, Connecticut is currently under construction.

The architectural design of the buildings focuses on openness, space and connection. The buildings are designed to create natural opportunities for neighbors to meet. Additionally, each Urby is entered through a publicly accessible entrance café in the lobby. Spaces within the buildings are actively programmed to foster interactions between neighbors.
