Elizabeth Saewyc is an American-Canadian academic who studies trauma, stigma and discrimination as they related to health. She is a professor and director of the School of Nursing at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
Academic career
[edit]Saewyc was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota.[1] She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota in 1996.[2] She then completed a Master of Nursing at the University of Washington in 1998.
