About Dakota
[edit]Dakota was born in Kings College Hospital, London in 1994 and was an only child up until 2004 when his first sister was born, Jessica. In 2011, his second sister was born but he continued to live with his father. In his early life he was born with a condition called 'Biliary Atresia', his mother (Joanne Kavanagh) and father (John Bulpett) realised that something wasn't right when early after taking him home, he started to turn yellow (Jaundice). after two failed surgical procedures to try and resolve the issues within his liver, he was then placed on the TWL (Transplant waiting list) for 6 months, after the wait he finally underwent a full transplant at 49 weeks old. As a result of this, he has to take medication daily to stop his body from rejecting the organ that was donated.
About the liver
[edit]The liver that was donated had the details provided by the parents (with consent); the boy was 14 years old when he was sadly killed in a road traffic accident. The donation of this liver saved Dakota's life as a young baby. After the operation, Dakota ended up with just over 200 stitches across his stomach and a scar that will remind him of what he has endured as a child.
Early Life

[edit]Dakota said that "In early life, I always wanted to focus on music, hence playing the piano. Then I realised that it wasn't just for me and my focus changed as he started college, at Itchen", the reason for this is because he grew up with such influences like Tori Amos, Kate Bush and Bjork, but he decided to change his career path. When he had applied for college, he initially wanted to study the following:
- Music
- Music Tech
- Communication & Culture studies
- Law
Instead of studying Music, he then decided to switch out Music and Music Technology for IT and English Language studies.
Once he was about to finish college, he had to quickly decide what type of career he wanted to focus on. After attending multiple talks and presentations relating to law and where you can take your career in law - such as becoming a Solicitor or Barrister he thought he would apply to universities nearby.
Recently

[edit]Dakota was accepted into the University of Winchester to study a Law degree. The requirement for Law at the university of Winchester is 320 UCAS points which is equivalent to AAC/A*AD/BBB. Dakota received an A* in his Law work, an A in his IT work. He finished college with 100% marks in his Law subject which he considers to be one of his biggest accomplishments of all time.
Ambitions
[edit]He also hopes that he can leave university and go to bar school in hopes of becoming a Barrister or Solicitor, the reason for this is because he finds it to be an interesting career; once he finishes bar school he wants to become prosecutor. After he has received the correct training, he hopes to become a very long-term barrister and then proceeded to becoming a judge after he feels that the time is right - this of course will take years to see if this is actually what he wants to do.

[edit]The blog formed in early March 2010 as part of a school assignment for IT; Dakota said that he didn't really pay too much attention to it until recently due to the fact that he absolutely hated IT because of this blog - remembering passwords was always difficult.
Blog description
[edit]The blog, as it stands is posted in a matter of two perspectives. One is Dakota's political side and one is his gaming side; both categories of posts have their own labels which you can easily see and navigate through the blog posts - if you don't want to read about the gaming side, then you just simply click a label and it hides any article that hasn't been added to that tag and also visa versa for political.

[edit]As it stands currently, there are multiple publishings on his blog. A few of them are quite controversial in terms of the subject that they talk about - one of the ones that I'll quote is about bisexuality: ″Some people may use bisexual as an excuse or as a gateway, this doesn't mean under any circumstances that you should just assume that every other bisexual is. Being bisexual is not a trend, being who you are is not something that should be 'praised' just because it's different, you should be treated normal just like every other person out there.″ [1]
