Westin Alexandria The Westin Alexandria is a four star hotel located at 400 Courthouse Sqaure in Alexandria Virginia. While the hotel is apart of a chain it is not a franchise. A company called Cornerstone who is affiliated with Starwood Hotels & Resorts (within which the Westin chain exits) owns the Westin Alexandria. The general manager of the Westin Alexandria is Rich Casale.

[edit]The hotel sits on the outskirts of Old Town Alexandria and is 9 miles outside of Washington D.C.The hotel is also across the street from the Federal Albert V Bryan Jr Court house. Also in the surrounding area of the Westin Alexandria are the PTO buildings. (Patton & Trade offices.) And due to the metro station Westin Alexandria is just a hop skip and jump away from most any entertainment Northern Virginia offers..

History
[edit]The Westin Alexandria opened its doors November 7, 2007. The actual building of the hotel took 4 years. Prior to the conception of the hotel, the area was just a grass land.
