Contrell William "Phat" Hudson (born November 16, 2003), also known by his stage name Phat-Man (sometimes stylized as PHATMAN), is an American rapper, songwriter, actor and entrepreneur. Considered an influential figure, he is credited as the progenitor of the hip-hop subgenre sipp hop. He is also the founder and CEO of the conglomerate company Phatman Enterprises.

Born and raised in Mississippi, Hudson released his debut album Birth of a Legend.

As in 2028, he is the youngest black billionaire with a reported net worth of US$1.6 Billion.
