Plot
[edit]Craig is a grown man who lives with his mom, sister, and father. This movie starts off when Craig is sleeping and the doorbell is rung. He gets up to answer it and it is two older women promoting their church as they are attempting to get people to join. Craig ignores them, shuts the door, and goes back inside. He goes to the kitchen to get some cereal to eat but realizes that they are out of milk. When he goes to the refrigerator to get some milk, his father enters and talks to him about taking on more responsibility because he recently just got fired from his job, on his day off. He then orders Craig to go outside and take the trash out.
Craig and his bestfriend, Smokey, are outside talking about Craig recently getting fired. Smokey suggest that Craig should smoke some marijuana with him in order to clear his mind. But Smokey isn't supposed to be smoking it as it belongs to his drug dealer, Big Worm. Smokey is supposed to be selling it rather than using it. They both end up smoking the marijuana anyway. Shortly after, Craig has a bad reaction to it and starts acting paranoid. In an attempt to cool him down, Craig and Smokey go inside to relax and make some Kool-Aid.
When they both go back outside they notice that Big Worm is driving down their street in a food truck. He calls Smokey over and asks him if he sold any of the marijuana that he gave him. When Smokey says that he did, he tells him to prove it and count up all of the money that he has made from it. Smokey pulls out some money but it's not as much that Big Worm was looking for. Smokey panics and attempts to make an excuse of why he is short on the money he owes him. He tells Big Worm that Craig just got fired so they were talking over there problems while smoking it. Big Worm tells Smokey that he will be back later tonight to collect the rest of his money. He then threatens that if Smokey doesn't pay him in full, he will kill him and Craig. Smokey goes back over to the porch and tells Craig about the situation. Craig becomes angry and blames Smokey for getting him involved in this. They both panic and attempt to think of a solution.
Craig storms inside of the house as he is trying to think of a plan to collect the $200. He asks Debby, his mom, and his girlfriend for it. They all had different excuses and did not want to pay Craig the money. As the night continues on, Craig and Smokey are sitting on the porch late as they see a car slowly driving by. Inside of the car was Big Worm and his crew, as they were looking for Craig and Smokey. Big Worm and his crew began shooting their guns towards Craig and Smokey. Craig and Smokey are able to escape away but then a bigger problem arises. Deebo gave Debby's sister, Felicia, a black eye when he was over her house. Debby confronts Deebo about this situation before Deebo puts his hands on her and pushes her. Craig gets involves to defend her before Deebo pushes him too. Craig then pulls out a gun, as Deebo is daring him to pull the trigger. Craig's father tells him to put the gun down and to fight one on one like a man. He listens, and a fight breaks out between Craig and Deebo. Craig picks up the trash can along with a brick and starts beating Deebo with it, as he came out victorious. Deebo is knocked out lying on the ground. The movie ends as Craig wins Debby over and they exit. People notice that Deebo is unconscious and begin taking stuff from him. Smokey steals money from his pocket, Ezal, the neighborhood crackhead, takes his shoes away, and Red takes a chain away from his neck.
