After a few years of complete inactivity, I am now back and am going to start trying to help wikipedia again. I have to apologise to the guy who challenged me to a game of chess about...2 years ago...sorry!

Introduction

Hello. I'm Cream147. I live in the UK, and I'm interested in football (soccer), snooker, video games, and of course, Wikipedia! I am a member of several wikiprojects and contribute through there. I also look at recent changes and new pages, and I warn you, the rubbish you see is astounding. I also look at Afd a lot, I like to make sure that good articles aren't deleted, and rubbish, is. My User Page, and Talk Page, have both been vadalised once by someone who is now indefinitely blocked.

What to do when you are bored

• Look at the recent changes (helps combat vandalism)
• Look at the new pages. Some are mildly amusing, nearly all should be speedy deleted
• See what's up for deletion
• See non-articles up for deletion
• The only place where vandalism is funny
• Have a glance at Wikiprojects. There's bound to be one you'll join

Contributions to Wikiproject Snooker

• Organising Category:Snooker so its a lot neater, nicer and easier to navigate
• Attempting to destub any snooker stubs I can. One such example of an article I've destubbed is 1927 World Snooker Championship
• Redirecting snooker-related articles such as Category:Snooker World Championship to Category:World Snooker Championships
• Started Portal:Snooker. It's still pretty poor though, so I need some help on that.

Contributions to Computer and Video Games WikiProject

• Assessed the quality of many un-assessed Computer and Video game related articles. So many stubs.
• I'm now adopting several stubs, a few of which mean something to me, a few of which I know nothing about, all of which I plan on expanding to at least B-Class. A Good Article would be nice, but let's not get too excited.

Added lots of chess diagrams to the Ruy Lopez article.

Looking for football related articles to mark as football related articles. Assessing quality and importance on football related articles.

I was just randomly searching around for things to do and I found an article on Chinese health...this led on to one thing, then another, then another. I have now created the category of Category:Chinese Health Stub and it has many stubs in it which need sorting. I've alerted WP:CHINA about this and I hope it makes it easier for them to deal with.
