[edit]I was born in Grimsby on 30th August 1988.

I also work for the Creative Enterprise Laboratory an employability improvement scheme at the University which deals with internal and external web design and development projects. The job is based at the campus and entails large quantities of web development using technologies such as PHP, SQL, JQuery along with HTML and CSS for the visual aspects.
I am also a self employed web developer, initially working for myself but now moving on to working for a company called NetSells which is part owned and run by Sam Jordan. My roles involve adding additional features to an existing custom made CMS along with skinning new websites for clients and placing them on to the existing CMS. The technology we use is PHP, SQL, JQuery, HTML and CSS with the PHP and SQL part of the systems using the popular framework CodeIgniter.
Interests
[edit]I am a very keen sports fan especially with the following sports:
- Football (supporter of Manchester United)
- Golf when I actually get time to play it
- Rugby, a proud supporter of England
Psychology of Internet Behaviour
[edit]The topic of study I've chosen is Online auctions. The people participating in this with me are Sam Jordan, Carl Stanyard and Callum Moore. We will all be looking at different aspects of online auctions and collaborating amongst ourselves and other Wikipedians in the community in order to improve the article and possibly add some verifiability. The reason I chose online auctions personally is because it has been an online activity I have participated in casually for many years and I am quite interested in where the idea came from, how it began and what made it become so popular.
Sandboxes
[edit]Throughout this project we will all be using our sandboxes as a means of beginning to work on creating an addition to our articles of choice and below is a list of sandboxes of my team members for easy access.
