[edit]EcoPeace’s proposed Green Blue Deal for the Middle East received the 2021 Democracy Innovation Award from the Council of Europe at the 9th World Forum for Democracy in Strasbourg.[1] The deal encouraged cooperation throughout the Middle East to protect water sources.
