Jeff DeGraff
Professor Jeff DeGraff, a clinical professor at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, is a leading expert in the field of innovation. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Professor DeGraff created and instructed curriculums for MBA, Executive MBA, and custom Executive Education programs. Professor DeGraff has added to the field of innovation through his contributions to the Competing Values Framework and his co-authored published works, which include:
1. Creativity at Work: Developing the Right Practices to Make Innovation Happen, (Jossey Bass, 2002).
2. Competing Values Leadership: Creating Value in Organizations (Edward Elgar, 2006).
3. Leading Innovation: How to Jump Start your Organization's Growth Engine (McGraw-Hill, 2006).
Professor DeGraff has spoken at many academic and business events, including TedX Detroit in the fall of 2010. Currently he is the Managing Partner at Competing Values LLC, and leads of the Innovatrium Institute for Innovation. Professor DeGraff received Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
