Laura Conforti is an Italian- American researcher and professor at the Department of Internal Medicine of the University of Cincinnati.[1] Her work focuses on human disease biology and therapeutic advances in the treatment of autoimmunity and cancer.

Education

Laura Conforti graduated in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Genoa. She continued on to earn a doctoral degree in Pharmacy from the same university in 1986 and the Ph.D. equivalent from the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research in 1987.
