Citation cleanup

• First steps:
  • Fill out bare URLs with ReFill
  • Use Nardog/RefRenamer to rename refs like :0 (added by VisualEditor) or auto (may have been added by Refill)
  • Citation fix with Citation bot
  • Check dead links with InternetArchiveBot and pre-emptively archive live links if it seems appropriate
• Overview:
  • Is there a References section with correct {{reflist}} usage?
  • Is there a Bibliography section with correct CS1/{{citation}} templates used for all items?
  • Do any items in Further reading also appear in References/Bibliography?
  • Are there any External links that should be properly referenced in the main text?
• Section by section:
  • Fill out or correct {{sfn}} usage if relevant
  • Fill out or correct CS1/{{citation}} template usage
  • Change generic citation templates to Specific-source templates where appropriate
  • Verify that citation parameters match the source
• If I have the time and inclination:
  • Verify that citations back up article text
  • Can I find better sources to replace the unreliable/deprecated ones marked red by CiteHighlighter?
