MaineHealth is a not-for-profit healthcare network of physician offices and hospitals primarily serving the Maine and Carroll County, New Hampshire. With more than 22,000 employees as of 2023, it is the largest employer in the state of Maine.

MaineHealth is comprised of nine local hospitals, including the state’s largest, Maine Medical Center, which also serves as the organization’s flagship facility. With over 1,700 physicians, the MaineHealth Medical Group is the largest provider network in Northern New England.

MaineHealth has affiliate agreements to provide healthcare services with Maine General Health in Augusta, Maine and St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine. MaineHealth also owns a joint venture equity stake in New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland.
