History--Clarence moo (talk) 10:25, 23 February 2011 (UTC): Ms. Bhandari began mass producing[1] her authentic Indian sauces after pupils in her cooking class praised them as being the best thing they ever tasted.[2] The sauce gained famed by the imaginative brand name, which was a tongue in cheek; Holy Cow![3] means an exclamation of surprise ( at the heat of the sauces) as well as a notion of the Indian culture,[4] respecting cows. In 2009 the sauces went on sales in Sainburys and Budgens. The sauces are a UK product not only have presence in the UK but also European countries such as Belgium. The company regularly donates yearly profit to charities and those less fortunate.
The flavours: The Holy Cow! sauces come in a range of tantalising flavours: Goan Hot Lime: Himalayan Hot Garlic: Madras spicy Mint: Mango and Chilli BBQ: Spicy Bombay Ketchup:
Ingredients: The ingredients are preservative free, naturally coloured, and authentic to the Indian nature. They are gluten free, celiac free (apart from Madras spicy Mint) and are suitable for Vegans[5].
