Tammy Rose

Tammy Rose (born 1970) is an American journalist, author, helicopter reporter and the owner of a small production company, Chopper Rose Productions. She’s served as an on-air contributor for HLN during the Jodi Arias sentencing retrial as well as other high profile crime stories for CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC & Fox televison affilliates. She covered serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer’s trial in Milwaukee, WI for WXVT-TV 15 and the Branch Davidian Trial for KXXV-TV 25 in Waco, Texas.


Early life and education

Rose was born and raised in Plymouth, Wisconsin and attended Plymouth High School where she graduated in 1988. Her dad, Hans Rose immigrated to America from Germany in 1957 and started his own company, Rose Travel, with his wife Jo Ann. She graduated Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism in December 1990. She held assignments as weather anchor, news anchor, and reporter around the United States. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

Rose is the author of Lost Dreams and Lost Treasures. Published in 2002 & 2004 by Author House, the books are loosely based on an old family legend of buried gold and family secrets.
