How I will judge candidates
[edit]In this guide, each candidate will have a score from 1-100 in certain areas of experience that will be necessary for ArbCom. In this guide, the areas will be:
- Contributions to the encyclopedia (FAs, GAs, DYKs, 4 awards)
- Experiences in other functionary positions (Admin, SPI clerk, etc.)
- How other editors like the candidate (how many thanks, barnstars, or other WikiLoves the candidate has)
- Willingness to follow policy, accountability to the community, and following consensus
Each of these will be equally weighted
