Paul Taylor is an Australian journalist and newsreader.

Career
[edit]Paul Taylor's first role in journalism came in a cadetship with Emerald radio station 4HI in 1988.
After helping Jason Sintome call a State Basketball Grandfinal WIN was broadcasting, he was offered his job as Sintome moved on.[1]
After a successful time in Rockhampton reading news and sport, Taylor moved to Maroochydore with the stations new studios.[2]
With the launch of Nine's first dedicated regional news service, Paul Taylor moved back to the South-East to Channel Nine's Mt Coot-tha Brisbane headquaters. At Mt-Coot-tha Paul Taylor served as the face of the Nine News Darwin Bulletin as well as filling in the Brisbane's 4pm bulletin, Nine Afternoon News.
In 2023, Paul Taylor moved to present Gold Coast News at 5:30pm with Eva Milic replacing Bruce Paige.
Paul and Eva lead the Gold Coast's top and only local tv news service on Channel Nine.[3]
