1	The BARC proposal is not well defined and lacks detail.
2	The Committee will prove redundant to the Arbitration Committee.
3	The Committee will become an "ArbCom lite", another Arbitration Committee, but with lesser powers to effectively handle issues relating to administrators.
4	The administrators' noticeboard provides for a better venue to desysop administrators.
5	Bureaucrats were not selected to audit administrator conduct, but to determine consensus.
6	This process will produce "witch hunts", where a small amount of evidence, or a grudge, would be enough to get an administrator removed.
7	Bureaucrats may not want the extra authority or responsibility that the BARC proposal will place on them.
8	Bureaucrats may not be active enough to ensure that BARC would run efficiently.
9	The time alotted for a BARC proceeding is too little to accommodate less-active administrators.
