Covid-19 Pandemic


The Covid-19 pandemic made some people's life hard, made people loss their job and get sick. Today I'm gonna share some tips to take care of yourself during the Covid-19 pandemic:


Tips on how to take care of your physical health:

•practice social distancing

•wear facemask

•wash your hands daily

•use alcohol and hand sanitizer


•eat vegatables and fruits, drink 8 glasses of water everyday and have 8-10 hours of sleep


Tips on how to take care of your mental health;

•have a positive mind everyday

•meditate

•appreciate what others are doing to you

•read books

•have faith in god always


In order to take care of yourself you have to believe that you can do it, having a positive mind and body will help you achieve your goals in life.
