sun feb 24 3.5 hrs
-paste salient sections and links from articles into a google notebook for each section;
-start draft one with section on the debate over whether china is doing enough mitigation, since this is the section that interests me most, and since I've already got 26 sources for this section alone. I'm using google docs for the drafts and for the electronic notes and annotations, rather than keeping them here. Googledocs has a continuous autosave for the docs, so that I won't risking losing work if I lose the internet connection ok keep an edit screen open too long.
-started a spreadsheet in google docs of citations (total about 50-75) for all the sections, since I'll be referencing a given source in more than one section.
