DRN - manual filing

The easiest and best way to open a DRN case is to use the following button (also found in the header of the Dispute resolution noticeboard)

Request dispute resolution

This should take you to a form with instructions.

Occasionally, this may not work. If this happens, it is possible to file your request manually.

To manually file a dispute resolution request

Go to WP:Dispute resolution noticeboard and open the edit window. (Keep this page open.)
Copy the code below and paste to the very bottom of the page.
Replace the bold text with the information requested.
Save the page.

Do not alter any templates or comments except where instructed, as this may confuse our clerkbot.
Times should be in UTC, not your local time.
