Hiv and aids has been affecting the entire country as a whole on large extent.Namibia is one of the developing countries and highly affected by aids pandemic.Production in Namibia is in most cases less as aresult of people weakened by the disease.The majority of the population affected by the disease is mainly the working group.Hiv and aids mostly brings less efficiency and less productivity in workplace.Recently the number of people affected by aids is increasing rapidly and its becoming a burden to the government.As a result the government has been spending a lot of money on buying medication for the people in need.Furhermore aids slows the development of the nation as it reduces production.
