Carlos Alfonso Padilla Cazares; born March 8 1986 is a former Mexican professional soccer player who is currently the head coach at Arizona Monsoon FC, a professional soccer team in the National Independant Soccer Association (NISA). Carlos Padilla was born in Culiacan, Sinaloa Mexico. He then moved to the United States to continue his studies and played at the collegiate level in Arizona before playing professionally in Argentina and Mexico from 2009-2013.
