List of Gluten-Free Foods and Products

[edit]

For people who are on a gluten-free diet, such as those who have celiac disease, it can be difficult to find up-to-date information about which processed or manufactured foods are safe to eat. For celiacs who are highly sensitive to small quantities of gluten, even foods that themselves contain no gluten can be dangerous if they are manufactured in a facility that shares production machinery with foods containing gluten.

This list contains the most recent known gluten status of processed or manufactured foods and household products. A blank cell in the table means that data is not available, not applicable, or not known.

Please do not edit this list unless you have a reliable source of information regarding a food or product's gluten status.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
This list is only a rough guide, and does not necessarily accurately reflect the current gluten-free status of any of the products listed here. It does NOT guarantee ANY of the products listed here are gluten-free. NEVER use this list as the only source of information in determining whether a product is gluten-free. ALWAYS check the label of products and check directly with the manufacturer to determine the gluten content of any product!!!
