This study focuses primarily on how aging affects divergent thinking, which is relevant to all people, so it doesn't hurt to include this in the article.

Outline of proposed changes

Cole - I am going to add a section on how divergent thinking and creativity in the classroom and teaching. I also want to change/add to the lead section of the article. I'm also going to create a section on mental health and divergent thinking.

Intro:

  • More detailed definition of divergent thinking
  • Edit lead to be more cohesive
  • Practical purposes of divergent thinking
