The account name is chosen in honour of Charles Dodgson, who under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll, was the author of "Alice in Wonderland". The Rev. Charles L. Dodgson was a Fellow of Christ Church College, Oxford, Deacon of the Church of England, and author of several mathematical papers.
