Training for Students complete!
Hello,
I'll start with a funny story to break the ice: when I was 9 and in little league baseball I once played pitcher, that one time I pitched, I actually managed to strike the first batter out; I was so proud of myself that I walked off the field and sat down on the bench waiting to bat while my entire team, the opposing team, and every spectator stared at me in complete confusion as that was only the first out. So I drudged back out and there, finished the game, and quit after. That, folks, is the story why I never made it to the major leagues of baseball :)
I'm currently a junior studying Biomedical Sciences; I'm also an honors student with minors in theology, psychology, neuroscience, and biology. In my free-time I enjoying various forms of exercise including running, soccer, basketball and weight-training, I play piano and enjoy playing/listening to many various forms of music, I am a bigger reader (thought reading for leisure can be a rarity these days), and finally I just love getting to know others! I'm excited for this class and the semester ahead because I have not yet had any coursework that solely focuses on the brain. To me is this a big opportunity to explore a discipline that is very relevant to medicine and my potential future career as a physician.
Stay happy, Bradley
