Hi. I felt that it was important to let you know that a comment or edit summary you made at {{{1}}} could be construed as a personal attack. It's entirely understandable that you might feel a little defensive on getting a note like this one, but I'd appreciate it if you could take a few moments to look at Wikipedia:No personal attacks and Wikipedia:Civility, and think about how your message might have come across to others. Having done so, you might consider deleting or striking out (with <s>...</s>) your comments, and rewording them to focus on the content issues rather than the people involved. You might also consider apologizing for any unintentional offence that might have been caused, as that can go a long way towards defusing a situation.
Wikipedia is about building an encyclopædia based on consensus, not who shouts the loudest. To build a consensus, you must convince other editors either that your position is the best one, or that it is at least an acceptable compromise. Making personal attacks, or using straw man or ad hominem arguments to make your case may make it unnecessarily hard for other editors to reach agreement with you.
If you need any clarification about the specific remarks, and how they might be misinterpreted, please feel free to contact me.
