Would it be beneficial to add in Synaptopathy a section about cochlear synaptopathy? I have found multiple references to it.
I also want to add a table or figure to this article. To whoever is reviewing this, what ideas do you have?
I will be adding summaries to these references over the next few days.

Peer review by Jarett Anderson- Your sources are great, I would suggest as your next step to show how you plan to implement your research into the original article. I would copy and paste the paragraphs where you plan to add your research, or to specify that you may be making entirely new paragraphs. Once you have done that, simply make a rough outline or summary of what you wish to incorporate into that article. Good luck!

Another example of synaptopathy occurs in the auditory system. This cochlear synaptopathy has been seen after prolonged noise exposure in both primate and non-primate models. [1] [2] Two possible reasons for this neuronal death are both glutamate-mediated excitotoxicity in the postsynaptic terminal, and presynaptic ribbon damage which occurs by an unknown mechanism. [3]

Based on your presentation, I think this image is awesome! Did you get it off of Wikimedia, or do you have all the copyright work done to be able to post this to Wikipedia tomorrow? I would explain what the image is portraying in both the caption of the image as well as the paragraph beginning with "Another example of synaptopathy occurs in the auditory system...". Great progress, excited to see the final product!
