Jimmy Mikaoui (born 24 January 1979) is a record executive and entrepreneur.

After graduating from Cornell Law School in 2002 he completed a masters in music production at NYU and then began his career as an artist manager, music publisher and record executive.

He is best known as the co-founder and Managing Director of Marathon Artists which he established in 2012 with Paul-Rene Albertini and Philippe Ascoli. The label has released records from artists including Jagwar Ma, Courtney Barnett, Real Lies, Childhood, and Max Jury. Marathon Artists is also home to imprint labels House Anxiety, MOVES and Mahogany Records. Mikaoui was instrumental in the launch of Marathon Artists LABs, an accelerating startup business development programme in music and technology. LABs was launched in partnership with Sushi Venture Partners, and targets product-ready applications that optimise the exposure of creators’ work and its monetisation.

Mikaoui is also known as the former CEO of MyMajorCompany, a leading crowd funding record label which he ran from 2011 to 2012.
